About Me
As a coach based in Montreal, I am dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential, achieve their goals, and live a life that aligns with their personality. Whether we meet in person or online, our journey to self-discovery and personal growth starts here.
I hold a B.A. in Psychology from McGill University (2017) and an M.A. in Child Studies from Concordia University (2023). With over 2500 hours of experience offering consultation in clinical settings, I specialize in anxiety, depression, burnout, emotion management, sports performance, motivation, values, and life purpose. My approach is client-centered, humanistic, eclectic, and multicultural, integrating adapted tools rooted in mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and arts-based methods. I also received extensive training in life and career coaching. I prioritize being open-minded and action-oriented, providing my clients with a safe, non-judgmental platform.
Beyond my academic and professional background, I am passionate about redefining education, coaching youth soccer, and engaging in creative writing across multiple languages. I am also a fan of adventure, travel, tennis, photography, history, philosophy, and cooking.
Our minds and bodies are very powerful: our beliefs shape the life we live. We create our own life narratives through the choices we make in perception, decision, and action. Let's work together to focus on what is under your control and find your unique strengths, embrace them, and create a brighter present.
Are you ready to break free from traditional norms and embark on a creative, fulfilling journey?
